Debrani Das is a Kolkata based street photographer and Fujifilm X Ambassador and member of Unexposed Collective. By Education she holds a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering and by heart she loves being on the street capturing those unseen and magical moments which are unpredictable and candid. Photography not only opens up new avenues to explore but it also helps her to reinstate herself.
India is a country with the highest population in the world and with this huge number of people and hugely diversified culture India has been one of the favourite destinations for street photographers around the world and being an Indian she consider herself fortunate to practice street photography in India.
She finds Street photography is a way to communicate to the outer world in a muted way and the process of creating street photographs is meditative .
